Tanggung Jawab
- Develop personalized nutritional assessment and intervention plans for patients with chronic conditions
- Conduct nutritional counseling sessions for individuals and groups
- Create educational materials on healthy eating and disease prevention
- Collaborate with medical teams to integrate nutritional care into treatment protocols
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness using KPIs
- Lead community workshops on nutrition and wellness
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Nutrition/Dietetics with S.Kom or S.Gz certification
- Minimum 3 years clinical nutrition experience
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian nutritional guidelines and food composition
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Certification in dietetics (e.g., PDD) or public health nutrition
- Experience with telehealth platforms preferred
- Proficiency in nutritional analysis software
- Valid BLS certification
