Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian accounting standards
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes and optimize cash flow cycles
- Coordinate with auditors during financial reviews and tax audits
- Develop and maintain internal controls for financial systems and processes
- Lead budgeting and forecasting activities for departmental operations
- Mentor junior accounting staff and ensure team compliance with policies
- Utilize SAP and Microsoft Excel for advanced financial modeling and reporting
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting or Finance with minimum 3 years relevant experience
- Strong expertise in Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPn, PPh 21)
- Advanced proficiency in SAP FICO and Microsoft Excel
- Professional certification (Brevet A/B, Akuntan Publik, or CPA) preferred
- Proven experience with multi-currency transactions and consolidation
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and business-level English
