Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to identify trends and risks
- Develop comprehensive financial models for investment analysis and strategic planning
- Prepare executive-level financial reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize financial processes
- Monitor KPIs and provide recommendations for performance improvement
- Lead ad-hoc financial projects and due diligence initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian financial regulations and accounting standards
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics from reputable university
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting role
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software
- Certification (S1 Akuntansi, AK, CMA, or CPA) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities in Indonesian
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) is mandatory
- Understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and corporate laws
