Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze financial performance, trends, and variances to provide strategic recommendations
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budgets for business units
- Prepare executive-level financial reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional projects to optimize financial processes and controls
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Mentor junior analysts and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with operations teams to support investment decisions
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with minimum 3 years experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial analysis tools
- Certification (S1 Akuntansi/Keuangan) or CPA/ACCA preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in multinational company or fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
