Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure accurate dispensing and compounding of medications with zero-error tolerance
- Conduct patient consultations on medication usage, side effects, and alternatives
- Implement robust inventory management systems and regulatory compliance
- Develop clinical pharmacy services including therapeutic drug monitoring
- Collaborate with physicians on medication therapy optimization
- Lead quality assurance programs and SOP development
- Mentor pharmacy technicians and interns through structured training
Kualifikasi
- S1 Farmasi (S1) with STR-A apoteker license
- Minimum 3 years clinical/hospital pharmacy experience
- Certification in Clinical Pharmacy or Pharmacist Management preferred
- Expertise in pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, and drug interactions
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian pharmaceutical regulations (BPOM, POM)
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proficient in pharmacy management software (e.g., e-Rx, PharmEasy)
- Leadership experience in multidisciplinary healthcare settings
