Tanggung Jawab
- Manage medication dispensing and verification with 100% accuracy
- Provide comprehensive patient counseling on drug interactions and usage
- Oversee inventory control and cold chain management

- Collaborate with physicians on integrated treatment plans
- Ensure compliance with BPOM and MOH regulations
Kualifikasi
- S1 Pharmacy degree with S2 preferred
- Minimum 3 years clinical/hospital pharmacy experience
- Valid STRA and BPOM certification
- Expertise in pharmacovigilance and drug safety
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Proficiency in pharmacy management systems
- Certification in clinical pharmacy or pharmacotherapy
