Tanggung Jawab

- Produce high-quality visual and written content including videos, infographics, and long-form articles
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize content reach and engagement across channels
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency
- Stay ahead of digital trends and emerging content technologies
- Manage content calendar and maintain editorial quality standards
- Mentor junior creators and foster innovative brainstorming sessions
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years professional content creation experience with proven portfolio
- Expertise in video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects) and graphic design (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and content analytics tools
- Exceptional storytelling skills with native-level Indonesian fluency
- Experience managing social media channels for brands
