Tanggung Jawab
- Model Development: Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models and predictive algorithms to solve real-world business challenges.
- Data Engineering: Collaborate with engineering teams to build robust data pipelines, ensuring data quality and integrity for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct in-depth statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and measure product performance.
- Visualization: Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Research: Stay abreast of the latest research in Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision to apply cutting-edge techniques to our projects.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of methodologies, code, and data models for team knowledge sharing.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or a similar analytical role.
- Programming: Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and SQL. Experience with Scala, Java, or R is a plus.
- Frameworks: Proven experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Problem Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong analytical mindset.
- Communication: Ability to translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
