Tanggung Jawab
- Design pixel-perfect interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create interactive prototypes and high-fidelity wireframes
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement design systems
- Develop user journey maps and information architecture documentation
- Stay updated with emerging design trends and industry best practices
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and knowledge sharing
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Design, HCI, or related field with 3+ years professional experience
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design methodology
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Excellent visual design skills with attention to typography and color theory
- Ability to articulate design rationale through presentation and documentation
