Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver packages to customers accurately and within the agreed timeframe.
- Perform vehicle maintenance checks before and after every shift to ensure safety and compliance.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance while on duty.
- Handle cash handling and digital payments accurately if required.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any delivery issues professionally.
- Follow route optimization guidelines to ensure efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Valid SIM A (Driving License) is mandatory.
- Minimum of 1 year of driving experience in a professional setting.
- Strong knowledge of Jakarta traffic routes and geography.
- Physically fit and able to lift packages up to 20kg.
- No criminal record (SKCK).
- Fluency in Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia).
- Ability to use smartphone applications for navigation and delivery updates.
