Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across 200+ workstations
- Manage Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud-based systems
- Deploy and maintain security protocols (Endpoint Protection, VPN)
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement and service
- Conduct employee training on cybersecurity best practices
- Monitor network performance and system backups
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Computer Science or IT-related field
- 3+ years experience in IT support/helpdesk roles
- Expertise in Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Office 365
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow)
- Basic knowledge of virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
