Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and in-person assistance
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems, printers, and peripheral devices
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across organizational systems
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and escalate complex problems
- Document technical procedures, create knowledge base articles, and maintain asset inventory
- Collaborate with cybersecurity team on vulnerability assessments and security patch implementation
- Train staff on new technologies and best practices for digital security
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent certification)
- 3+ years of experience in IT support/helpdesk environments
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, and enterprise software suites
- Strong knowledge of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and remote management tools
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification or equivalent preferred
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/verbal)
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills and customer service orientation
