Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across Windows/macOS environments
  • Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols including endpoint protection, VPN configurations, and access controls
  • Deploy and manage cloud services (Microsoft Azure, AWS) and SaaS applications (Office 365, Teams)
  • Create and maintain technical documentation including SOPs, network diagrams, and knowledge base articles
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT infrastructure projects and system migrations
  • Monitor system health using tools like Nagios, Zabbix, or SolarWinds to prevent outages
  • Conduct user training sessions on digital tools and best security practices

Kualifikasi

  • Degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent certification (CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft 365)
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT support with Windows Server administration
  • Proficiency in networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs) and firewall configuration
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and SaaS integration
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose complex technical issues
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/verbal)
  • Certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., Security+) or cloud technologies (e.g., AZ-900) preferred
