Tanggung Jawab
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols including endpoint protection, VPN configurations, and access controls
- Deploy and manage cloud services (Microsoft Azure, AWS) and SaaS applications (Office 365, Teams)
- Create and maintain technical documentation including SOPs, network diagrams, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT infrastructure projects and system migrations
- Monitor system health using tools like Nagios, Zabbix, or SolarWinds to prevent outages
- Conduct user training sessions on digital tools and best security practices
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent certification (CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft 365)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT support with Windows Server administration
- Proficiency in networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs) and firewall configuration
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and SaaS integration
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose complex technical issues
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/verbal)
- Certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., Security+) or cloud technologies (e.g., AZ-900) preferred
