Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic educational plans aligned with national and international standards
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate teaching staff to ensure high-quality instruction
- Manage school operations, budgets, and resources efficiently
- Foster strong relationships with parents, students, and the community
- Ensure compliance with educational regulations and accreditation requirements
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and innovative learning environment
- Oversee curriculum development and assessment systems
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Education or related field (S2/Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of teaching experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in school administration and strategic planning
- Strong understanding of Indonesian national curriculum (Kurikulum Merdeka) and international frameworks
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Certification in educational leadership (e.g., Sertifikasi Kepala Sekolah)
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
