Tanggung Jawab
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive vision and strategic plan for the school to ensure long-term growth and sustainability.
- Academic Excellence: Oversee curriculum development, instructional quality, and assessment strategies to maintain high educational standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with parents, alumni, and the local community to foster a collaborative educational ecosystem.
- Human Resources: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing teaching and administrative staff team.
- Operational Management: Ensure the efficient management of school facilities, budget, and safety protocols.
- Student Welfare: Champion a culture of inclusivity, discipline, and well-being for all students.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Education or a related field, with a Master’s degree (S2) preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in education, with at least 3 years in a leadership role as a Kepala Sekolah.
- Certification: Valid Certificate of Headmaster (Sertifikasi Kepala Sekolah).
- Skills: Proven experience in strategic planning, budget management, and change management.
- Communication: Excellent command of Indonesian and English, with strong interpersonal and public speaking skills.
- Character: High integrity, ethical standards, and a passion for student-centered learning.
