Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver packages promptly to designated locations using company-provided motorcycle
- Maintain accurate delivery records through mobile application
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Safeguard packages from damage or theft during transit
- Adhere strictly to traffic regulations and safety protocols
- Report delivery issues and customer feedback to operations team
- Optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Valid SIM C with minimum 1-year riding experience
- Excellent physical fitness and stamina
- Strong knowledge of Jakarta's road network
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
- Positive attitude and problem-solving skills
- Clean criminal record and good driving history
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
