Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans to achieve business KPIs
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ professionals across multiple departments
- Optimize business processes using lean management principles
- Collaborate with C-suite executives on company-wide initiatives
- Analyze financial data to drive cost-efficiency improvements
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and industry standards
- Drive digital transformation projects across operational workflows
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Business Management or related field (S2 preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in operations management
- Proven track record in team leadership and P&L responsibility
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and data analytics tools
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) designation
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and business-level English
- Strong understanding of Indonesian market dynamics
- Experience in tech or manufacturing industries preferred
