Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive nursing care for assigned patients in accordance with hospital protocols
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and safety
- Monitor patient vital signs and document clinical observations accurately
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care
- Maintain sterile environments and adhere to infection control standards
- Participate in emergency response and critical care procedures
Kualifikasi
- S1 Keperawatan (S1 Nursing) from accredited institution
- STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) Keperawatan aktif
- Minimal 2 tahun pengalaman kerja di rumah sakit
- Bersedia bekerja shift (pagi/malam/malam)
- Komunikasi lisan dan tulisan yang baik dalam Bahasa Indonesia
- Kemampuan kerja di bawah tekanan dan situasi darurat
- Kepemimpinan dan kemampuan tim yang kuat
