Tanggung Jawab
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with Indonesian national curriculum and international standards
- Conduct diagnostic assessments to identify learning gaps and track student progress
- Utilize interactive teaching methods (digital tools, visual aids, problem-based learning)
- Provide constructive feedback and maintain detailed progress documentation
- Collaborate with parents and academic coordinators for holistic student support
- Prepare students for national exams (UN/USBN) and university entrance tests
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Education, Mathematics, Science, or related field from accredited university
- Minimum 2 years formal teaching/tutoring experience with proven results
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English for bilingual instruction
- Certification in pedagogy or specialized tutoring methodology preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to adapt to diverse learning styles
- Strong subject matter expertise in at least two academic disciplines
