Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments using standardized tools (MMPI, WAIS, etc.)
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for diverse clinical populations
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy (CBT, ACT, trauma-informed approaches)
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and medical professionals
- Supervise junior psychologists and counseling interns
- Conduct crisis interventions and emergency psychological support
- Maintain detailed clinical documentation and case records
Kualifikasi
- S1 in Psychology with S2 in Clinical Psychology (mandatory)
- STRPs (Sertifikasi Tenaga Psikolog) from HIMPSI
- Minimum 5 years clinical experience in hospital/community setting
- Expertise in diagnostic assessment and therapeutic techniques
- Crisis intervention certification
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with strong English communication
- Experience with diverse populations (children, adolescents, adults)
- Strong ethical standards and HIPAA compliance knowledge
