Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain access control and visitor screening at assigned post
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure property security
- Operate CCTV monitoring systems and respond to incidents
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Prepare detailed security incident reports
- Collaborate with law enforcement during emergencies
- Maintain communication with central command center
Kualifikasi
- SIM C/SIM A active license (mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year security experience preferred
- Physical fitness and ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic first aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong observational and communication skills
- Integrity and professional demeanor
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights
