Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain high-performance web applications using React, Node.js, and cloud technologies
- Lead technical design sessions and code reviews ensuring best practices implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions aligned with business goals
- Optimize application performance and security across frontend and backend systems
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for seamless deployment
- Mentor junior developers through knowledge sharing and pair programming
- Contribute to technical documentation and architectural decision-making
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Computer Science or related field (S2 preferred)
- Minimum 5 years experience in full-stack development with React and Node.js
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of database design (SQL/NoSQL) and API development
- Proven track record of leading complex projects from conception to deployment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional English communication
