Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with Indonesian labor regulations
- Conduct employee relations activities including conflict resolution and performance feedback
- Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration
- Analyze HR metrics to improve workforce efficiency and retention
- Coordinate training programs and career development initiatives
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and compliance records
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in HR operations/recruitment
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (PPK, Ketenagakerjaan)
- Proficient in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Zoho HR)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Certifications in HRBP/CHT desirable
