Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement enterprise-wide IT infrastructure strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams on complex technology projects including cloud migration and cybersecurity enhancements
- Develop IT governance frameworks and ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO 27001, ITIL)
- Mentor IT specialists and foster continuous improvement culture through best practices
- Collaborate with C-suite to align technology investments with growth initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships and optimize IT operational budgets
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent certification (CISSP, CISM, PMP)
- Minimum 8 years progressive IT experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and hybrid infrastructure architecture
- Proven track record in enterprise cybersecurity and disaster recovery planning
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
