Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement enterprise-level IT infrastructure (cloud/on-premise)
- Lead cybersecurity protocols and incident response procedures
- Oversee system integration and digital transformation projects
- Mentor junior IT staff and conduct technical training programs
- Develop disaster recovery plans and business continuity strategies
- Optimize IT budgets and vendor management
- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 and national IT regulations
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent certification (CompTIA, Cisco)
- 8+ years progressive IT experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and virtualization
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) preferred
- Proven track record in managing IT budgets > IDR 500M annually
- Advanced troubleshooting for complex enterprise systems
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
