Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement enterprise-level IT infrastructure solutions including cloud migration and hybrid architectures
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing complex IT projects with 99.9% uptime SLAs
- Develop and maintain robust cybersecurity frameworks to protect critical assets
- Optimize system performance through proactive monitoring and predictive analytics
- Mentor junior IT staff and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation
- Collaborate with C-suite to align IT strategy with business objectives
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service level agreements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years in IT infrastructure with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in AWS/Azure, virtualization, and network security protocols
- Proven track record in managing enterprise-scale infrastructure projects
- Strong analytical skills with experience in ITIL and DevOps practices
- Certifications (e.g., CCIE, CISSP, PMP) highly valued
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Exceptional problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities
