Tanggung Jawab
- Lead enterprise-level IT infrastructure design and optimization initiatives
- Develop and implement cybersecurity frameworks to protect critical assets
- Coordinate cross-functional IT projects with C-suite stakeholders
- Mentor IT teams and drive technical skill development programs
- Align IT strategy with business objectives through data-driven insights
- Oversee vendor management and technology procurement processes
- Ensure compliance with international IT security standards (ISO 27001, NIST)
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 8 years in IT leadership roles with 3+ years at senior level
- Expertise in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) and hybrid environments
- Proven experience with enterprise-scale infrastructure automation (Ansible/Terraform)
- Certifications in CISSP, CISM, or equivalent security credentials
- Strong background in DevOps methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management abilities
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal)
