Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily operational workflows to ensure production targets are met
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 15+ operational specialists
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
- Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports for leadership
- Coordinate cross-functional projects with engineering and quality teams
- Ensure strict compliance with safety and quality standards
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing operations
- Proven leadership experience managing teams of 10+ people
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision making
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or equivalent is highly valued
- Excellent Bahasa Indonesia and English communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
