Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members through performance coaching and feedback
- Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements to enhance productivity
- Coordinate with other departments to align operational goals and resolve interdepartmental issues
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate objectives, address challenges, and foster collaboration
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality control measures
- Prepare operational reports and present performance metrics to senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within operational environments
- Strong leadership and team management abilities with proven conflict resolution skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with data-driven decision-making
- Proficiency in operational management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and business-level English communication
- Certification in Six Sigma or Project Management (PMP) is highly desirable
