Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Oversee tax compliance (PPh, PPN) and coordinate with external auditors
- Analyze financial performance metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure SOX compliance
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
- Mentor junior accounting staff and optimize financial workflows
- Collaborate with Treasury on cash flow forecasting and liquidity management
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting or Finance with minimum 5 years of experience
- Valid Brevet A/B certification from IAI (Ikatan Akuntan Indonesia)
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUP)
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh 21/26, PPN)
- Proven experience with multi-currency transactions and consolidation
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
