Tanggung Jawab
- Conducting comprehensive prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum examinations with precision.
- Providing expert care during normal deliveries and managing complications with doctor support.
- Delivering health education to mothers regarding nutrition, breastfeeding, and family planning.
- Monitoring fetal growth and development to ensure the safety of both mother and child.
- Maintaining accurate and confidential patient medical records.
- Collaborating with the medical team to ensure holistic patient care.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Midwifery (D3/Strata 1) from an accredited institution.
- Valid Sertifikat Keahlian Bidan (SKB) and NIK (Nomor Induk Kependudukan).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong communication skills and a caring demeanor.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
