Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines for predictive analytics and business intelligence
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and statistical modeling using Python/R and SQL
- Develop A/B testing frameworks to optimize product features and user experiences
- Create data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder insights
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models into production environments
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions with measurable KPIs
- Maintain data quality standards and ensure ethical AI practices
Kualifikasi
- S1/Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years experience in data science with proven portfolio of ML projects
- Expert proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow) and SQL
- Strong statistical knowledge including hypothesis testing, regression, and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and big data technologies
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in fintech or e-commerce analytics preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
