Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and maintenance
- Monitor system performance and implement security protocols
- Train staff on best practices for digital security and data management
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, and network troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of cloud services (Azure, AWS) and SaaS applications
- Certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
