Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-line technical support for hardware/software issues including Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and network connectivity
- Manage helpdesk tickets with SLA adherence and customer satisfaction focus
- Deploy and configure workstations, peripherals, and cloud-based solutions
- Conduct security awareness training and implement data protection protocols
- Document technical procedures and maintain IT asset inventory
- Collaborate with vendors for equipment procurement and maintenance
- Support system migrations and infrastructure upgrades
Kualifikasi
- Min. D3/S1 in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 2+ years experience in IT support/helpdesk environment
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, and network troubleshooting
- Strong analytical skills with ability to diagnose complex technical issues
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365) preferred
- Experience with ITSM tools like Jira or ServiceNow
- Valid driving license for on-site visits
