Tanggung Jawab
- Meticulously process cash, card, and digital payments while maintaining 100% accuracy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, promotions, and policies with professionalism
- Operate POS systems efficiently and conduct daily cash reconciliation
- Uphold strict inventory control procedures for cash drawer and gift cards
- Assist with store merchandising and visual standards during downtime
- Train junior staff on cashier protocols and customer service best practices
- Report operational issues and suggest process improvements to management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of cashier experience in retail or hospitality
- Proficiency in POS systems (e.g., Moka, iKasir) and basic MS Office
- Exceptional numerical accuracy and cash handling skills
- Strong Bahasa Indonesia communication with excellent customer service mindset
- Ability to work standing for extended periods in a busy environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational graduates preferred
- Valid Basic First Aid certification is advantageous
