Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver advanced patient assessment and critical care interventions in emergency and ward settings
- Develop and implement personalized care plans for post-operative and chronic condition patients
- Mentor junior nursing staff and conduct clinical competency training
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care teams and maintain accurate patient documentation
- Ensure strict compliance with JCI and Indonesian Ministry of Health standards
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and infection control protocols
Kualifikasi
- S1 Keperawatan with minimum 3 years acute care experience
- Current STRNS (Surat Tanda Registrasi Ners) certification
- BLS and ACLS certifications (or equivalent)
- Proven expertise in emergency response and critical care nursing
- Advanced knowledge of electronic health record systems
- Exceptional communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience leading clinical teams and quality improvement projects
