Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnose mental health disorders using validated clinical tools.
- Provide individual, couples, and group psychotherapy sessions tailored to client needs.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based modalities.
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality and accurate electronic health records (EHR).
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals for multidisciplinary patient care.
- Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families regarding mental health conditions and coping strategies.
- Participate in clinical supervision and peer case reviews to ensure the highest quality of care.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of S1 Psychology, with S2 (Master’s) degree preferred.
- Valid Indonesian Psychologist License (Sertifikasi Psikolog).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting (experience in private practice is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of psychopathology, diagnostic criteria (DSM-5/ICD-11), and therapeutic techniques.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- High level of empathy, cultural competence, and ethical judgment.
- Proficiency in Indonesian and English (both verbal and written).
