You'll be pivotal in optimizing our fiscal operations while contributing to strategic decision-making in our fast-paced Jakarta HQ.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including GL maintenance, month-end closing, and financial reporting
- Analyze financial performance metrics and provide actionable insights to executive leadership
- Oversee budget preparation, variance analysis, and cost control initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational financial needs
- Develop and implement process improvements for financial workflows
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting/Finance with minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Expert proficiency in SAP FICO and advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong understanding of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations (PPN, PPh)
- Proven track record in financial reporting and variance analysis
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification preferred
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and verbal)
