Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and optimize Windows/Linux server environments (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Implement security protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and hybrid cloud solutions
- Provide Level 3 technical support and document SOPs
- Monitor system performance using Zabbix/Prometheus
- Coordinate disaster recovery testing and business continuity plans
- Automate workflows with Ansible/Terraform
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent certification
- 3+ years experience in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash)
- Cloud certification (AWS/Azure) preferred
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Experience with virtualization and containerization
- Ability to work night shifts for system maintenance
