Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues via remote support and on-site assistance
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate incident logs
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate critical system failures
- Conduct user training on new technologies and security protocols
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential disruptions
- Develop comprehensive troubleshooting documentation
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent certification
- 3+ years experience in technical support environments
- Expert proficiency in Windows/Linux operating systems
- Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Excellent Bahasa Indonesia and English communication skills
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
