Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and optimize server infrastructure (Windows/Linux)
- Manage cloud services (AWS/Azure) and network security protocols
- Implement disaster recovery solutions and data backup strategies
- Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues proactively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for IT project support
- Document IT procedures and maintain system documentation
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and regulations
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent certification
- 3+ years experience in system administration
- Proficiency in virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and scripting (PowerShell/Python)
- Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Certification in CompTIA Server+ or Microsoft MCSA preferred
- Experience with Active Directory and Exchange Server
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
