Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare specialty coffee beverages (espresso, pour-overs, cold brew) using precision techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warm hospitality and product knowledge
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness of equipment and workspace
- Upsell premium coffee products and seasonal offerings
- Train new baristas on brewing standards and customer protocols
- Collaborate with kitchen team on food-coffee pairings
- Manage inventory and stock rotation of coffee beans and supplies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience
- Expert knowledge of coffee brewing methods and flavor profiles
- Latte art certification or advanced skill demonstration
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently during peak hours
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Passion for Indonesian coffee culture and continuous learning
- Valid food handling certificate
