Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities using SQL, Python, and statistical tools
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to design data-driven experiments and A/B tests
- Create automated reporting pipelines to monitor KPIs and deliver real-time performance metrics
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions for data collection and analysis
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation, cleaning, and documentation processes
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling data narratives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL and relational database management
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong programming knowledge in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R
- Experience with statistical analysis and machine learning fundamentals
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions in fast-paced environments
