Are you passionate about transforming raw data into actionable business intelligence? Nusantara Data Labs is looking for a skilled Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in Indonesia, including Surabaya, Jakarta, Solo, Jogja, Malang, or remotely.
In this role, you will leverage advanced analytics and machine learning techniques to solve complex business challenges. You will collaborate closely with product teams and stakeholders to drive data-informed decision-making and deliver scalable solutions.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and statistical algorithms.
- Collect, clean, preprocess, and analyze large, complex datasets to ensure data integrity.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and business objectives.
- Communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear visualizations and reports.
- Optimize data pipelines and model performance for production environments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn), SQL, and R.
- Strong proficiency in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
