Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across diverse IT systems
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and remote access
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate support logs
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex system issues
- Conduct user training on new IT systems and procedures
- Monitor system performance and implement preventive maintenance
- Ensure compliance with company IT security policies
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on IT support experience
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and networking basics
- Strong troubleshooting skills with hardware/software issues
- Excellent Bahasa Indonesia and English communication skills
- Industry certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+) preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving aptitude
