Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across 500+ endpoints
- Manage Active Directory, VPN configurations, and network security protocols
- Implement cybersecurity best practices including patch management and data backup
- Provide Level 2 support for cloud services (Azure/O365) and virtualized environments
- Document technical procedures and maintain IT asset inventory
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and maintenance
- Train staff on cybersecurity awareness and digital tools
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent certification (CompTIA A+, Network+)
- 3+ years experience in enterprise IT support Windows/Linux environments
- Proficiency in network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Office 365 administration
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to prioritize critical incidents
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Relevant certifications (MCSA, CCNA) preferred
