Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize business processes and enhance productivity
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 15+ professionals across multiple departments
- Analyze KPIs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational objectives with company goals
- Oversee budget planning and resource allocation for operational activities
- Identify and mitigate operational risks while ensuring compliance with industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Business Management, Operations, or related field (S2 preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in operations management
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams in tech or service industries
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL)
- Strong strategic planning and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and ERP systems
