Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans aligned with company goals
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 15+ professionals to achieve KPIs
- Optimize supply chain logistics and vendor management systems
- Drive process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare executive reports
- Collaborate with C-suite on budget planning and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Business Management/Industrial Engineering (S2 preferred)
- Minimum 7 years in operations management with 3+ leadership experience
- Proven track record in supply chain optimization and team scaling
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Strong financial acumen with budget management expertise
- Certification in PMP or Six Sigma Black Belt
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
