- Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve service issues proactively
- Adhere to strict hygiene and food safety standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours
- Basic wine and beverage certification preferred
- Impeccable personal presentation and grooming standards
- Valid food handler certification
