Tanggung Jawab
- Develop responsive, high-performance websites using modern frameworks (React, Vue, Angular)
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate mockups into pixel-perfect implementations
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability using industry best practices
- Implement SEO strategies and ensure WCAG 2.1 compliance
- Maintain version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Conduct cross-browser/device testing and debugging
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years professional experience in full-stack web development
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3/SASS
- Proven track record with React/Vue.js and Node.js ecosystems
- Familiarity with PHP/Laravel backend development
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first approach
